Paris, France –March 18, 2025. Organized under the theme of “Humans at the Heart of the Rum Ecosystem”, this year’s Mondial du Rhum, held February 12-14th in Paris, demonstrated the dynamic diversity and vitality of the rum industry, and was success in several areas.
Quality Visitors and a Business-Focused Atmosphere
Professionals and connoisseurs alike attended the 2025 Mondial, with over 300 participants, and a notable presence from buyers particularly in the mornings. These industry-specific visitors helped increase overall sales, especially at the show’s store, with a marked interest in exotic rum products.
“We’ve seen professionals manifest a distinct interest for the show”, says Patrick Loger, founder and organizer of the Mondial, “an international space for business, the Mondial du Rhum has become a can’t-miss event in the spirits sector, and we hope to continue this growth over the coming editions”.

Rum remained at the center of the show via the Théâtre des Saveurs (Theater of Flavors), a dedicated tasting area organized by Gault & Millau where visitors sampled products and discovered new creations.
